Had read info on their website regarding feral cats, catch in trap, bring to facility Monday-Thursday before 8:15 and they will get procedure done, no appointment necessary…..I confirmed with phone call. I trap the cat Wednesday night and have to them at 7:50 Thursday just to have them tell me they can’t take it without an appointment because they are booked up.
