I brought my dog for a grooming. People were very friendly but I didn't get what I wanted. I know my dog is young and doesn't like taking baths or being brushed. My dog was shaved and not groomed like I requested. They should advertise that they aren't professional groomers they are just techs that do this on the side. Will never be bringing my dog back and feel like I shouldn't have had to pay full price either.
They're always so helpful! And you can't beat the prices!
Brought our new puppy there Monday. Was very pleased with the staff and Dr.Fairchild. They truly care for the well being of your fur baby! We will be returning with our shihtzu for her yearly check up and to continue getting care for our puppy there.
I love the place!! My number one thing when I find a vet is I like to see how much they really care.The staff and the vet herself are wonderful!! Its all about your pet and making sure they get the right treatmeant.Thanks Spay Spa for keeping my babies healthly.
