Absolutely atrocious. Poor medical protocols and zero communication. Staff is grouchy and rude. Management never gets back to you and they refuse full refunds even when they are at fault. They refuse to call or email me back because they know they are in the wrong. Their clinic smells terrible and they treat feral community cats like trash. Sending them home minutes after surgery completely sedated and unable to stand. 0/10. Would never take another animal here. I was trying to get information about Neuter, N rabies shot. The person that helped me was awesome! She gave me info and prices as well as going beyond saying there’s a way to go into there office and fill out the forms. If there’s a quor problem filling the form out there would be someone who would assist me. I was so appreciative. Thank you! I had tried calling several other places and to no avail. Thank God! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff members, great with pets. They took my kittens in quickly.
My kitten got referred to this place to get spayed . Be very careful because your pet might come home with fleas . My kitten did not have fleas prior to coming to this clinic and is now infested with fleas absolutely disgusting!
