Had my Giant Schnauzer neutered here and they also removed a mass on his body. I’m so glad we found this place. Much cheaper than my normal vet for the exact same procedure (even down to the type of neuter surgery they performed). They also followed up with me after to see how my dog was doing. Each time we came in they greeted me and my dog by name and were patient with him as he is a hyper 2 year old. I’ve already recommended this place to others and if I get another pet I will be back!
My 95lb, 7 year old bloodhound had a suspected pyometra. All the staff were super informative, and caring. Because of her age and her weight they did bloodwork for her the week before then Dr Chiu explained what the risks would be. I expressed how nervous I was for her to have the surgery but the day of, as soon as she was done they called to let me know she was done, doing well and what they found during surgery so I didn't spend the day worrying. I would highly recommend!! Now my old girl can spend her final years happy!
Had a great experience here. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They made everything so streamlined from the appointment to the payment and pickup! Highly recommend.
From my first contact with the clinic, emailing them with questions, they were professional and prompt, very good experience with them. I had two feral kittens and they gave me all the information I needed to be prepared for the surgery. They take ferals every day, but only 10, and no appointments for the ferals. If you have any experience in cat rescue, you know that typically you have arrive ridiculously early and wait, and you might not get in.
