Wonderful staff. I felt very comfortable with them taking care of my kitties. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Erica is a very hateful, coarse and rude person. So beware! There was a vast misunderstanding on a small matter (one of their techs forgot a vaccination and I have zero record of it . It was a year ago. Anyway I think she was possibly a "user" of something because when I was there getting nail trims the woman acted off or sluggish. This is a great little animal clinic for your pets shots or surgery. We had our cat neutered here and was very reasonably priced. Vaccines are also a great price.
This a no frills stop for spay and neuter. You can also get vaccines for your pets and more at low cost. It is a well greased machine. The customer service here is top notch. They take good care of your pet the moment you walk in the door. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. It's a different setup than a pricey neighborhood vet.
