I switched to Spaxs after a bad experience at another salon. I was nervous but quickly put at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely cares about the quality of your experience. Viola is amazing! She fixed my nails and after 4 weeks they still look perfect. Kim did an awesome pedicure and the polish stayed till my next apt with no chipping. Also had such a relaxing massage from Natalie! I encourage people who are hesitant from bad experiences elsewhere or are newer to self-care to try Spaxs.
I have been a loyal customer at Spaxs nail bar for an incredible 10 years, and I can confidently say they are the best in town! If you're searching for quality nail designs, lashes, and microblading services, they are the best. The cleanliness at Spaxs nail bar is truly exceptional, making it one of the cleanest nail bars in town. The friendly staff adds to the overall welcoming atmosphere and makes every visit a fun and great experience.
My experience was not good I waited 15 minutes after my apt I was treated poorly like an afterthought especially by the receptionist. I had a gift cert and had to pay an extra $40 for gel so ok np but that might the polish on one of my toes lifted I had to use my own top coat. My manicure chipped after two days and now one week later all the polish on my hands is lifting. The young lady that actually did it was nice. The rest of the service was horrible I will NEVER go back.
