I can't say enough good things about my experience yesterday. I wanted to treat myself to a facial and a friend recommended Spavia. I put my appointment on the phone and the receptionist was pleasant, professional, and answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge. I arrived from my appointment about 10 minutes before the spa opened but the receptionist did not hesitate to let me in despite my earlier rival (I believe her name was Vanessa, please forgive me if I'm wrong). Enjoyed a fantastic massage this afternoon at Spavia in San Ramon! This is my third massage with Ukachi and she is amazing- attentive, communicative and very knowledgeable about how to address areas that need extra attention. Her expertise and lovely personality make the entire experience wonderful!
My wife and I have been visiting Spavia for over two years and have always appreciated the Fantastic Staff and Management. Even though all the staff are great - Maleha has been my favorite since I first met her 3 months ago. Before the session, we discuss what needs a little more attention for example my knee or shoulder and then she does magic!! She rocks
Wow!! Such a great place to relax and rewind. Me and my wife booked massage and facial appointments. The receptionist was knowledgeable and asked us all the right questions for the service we Booked. The place is extremely pleasant, clean and elegant. The waiting longe is well equipped. The therapist are knowledgeable and provided us crucial suggestions. Looks like this will become our monthly destination to relax and rewind!!
