I've been going to this location for over a year now and the services just keep getting worse. Twice now I've had massage therapist on their phone texting during a massage and one of the same while doing my facial, Savannah and Megan were the two on their phones, and yet nothing is done to resolve this ongoing issue. This is a service I paid for and for one hour it would be nice to have the continuity of a massage or facial without a 1.5 to 10 minute pause. Won't be returning here again. Dishonest, money hungry company. Be careful. They make it extremely difficult to cancel membership. There are better options!
I had Chris, and I don't think I have ever had a massage as well as this one. he is very knowledgeable and knows how and where to work on. I had horrible stress and knots. at first it was little hard to handle but as he worked on me it got better. The next day I didn't feel such tightness and knots. I highly suggest you book yours today with Chris, you will not regret it. 👍😊
worst spa experience ever. i had to reschedule due to work travel and they kept sending reminders of the canceled appointment and didnt have the rescheduled time when I checked. I asked for a different type of massage, they scheduled with a male not female practitioner who used body weight for deeper massage rather than muscle strenghth and then charged me extra when I was told there would be no cost difference. lacks ambiance and relaxing environment. WORST!!
I love Spavia! The moment you walk in the door you feI love Spavia! The moment you walk in the door you are served, cared for, and pampered by the entire staff, not just the person providing you a service. The member perks are wonderful as well.

I have had a membership with Spavia for sometime now & have enjoyed their services. I'm annoyed that I'm not able to cancel my membership online though. I called Spavia & explained that during the coronavirus crisis I would prefer to not expose any of my high risk family members to unnecessary outings. I was told this was discussed with management and they have decided that coming in is still required. My gym (Lifetime Fitness) made the decision to close their locations temporarily to avoid spreading this virus. It's ve... read more
