This is the best massage spot in West Loop—friendly staff, professional therapists, and a clean, spacious setup. They once canceled last minute due to an emergency but made it up to me wonderfully. Highly recommend!
Cassandra explained what she was doing so I can understand which I liked. And checked in with me to make sure I was fine because I informed her I have very sensitive skin. My face felt fresh and looked smooth. This was my 2nd facial I had in my life. I will definitely go back and recommend her.
