From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I couldn’t have asked for a better massage experience! All staff were super nice and courteous, and my massage from Tanya was just what I needed! I asked for firm pressure and she definitely delivered.
We were first greeted by the owner Paul who is incredibly generous and hospitable. I had a massage with Tanya- who gave me one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. She truly is a magician. I then had a facial with Kassandra who made my face feel so bright and fresh and did some incredible extractions with 0 pain. I could not recommend these two ladies more!!!! I had an incredible experience at Spavia Spa West Loop. From the moment I walked in, the studio felt serene and beautifully maintained. The scents throughout the space are irresistible, and the attention to detail is truly impressive. I booked a deep tissue massage with Tanya P, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Sandra was so conscious of the pressure that i requested and frequently checked in. And focused on my areas of pain with much care! She had a lovely aura.
i have been getting waxes from Gloria for almost a year now. She is so wonderful, professional, and attentive! Spavia is always so clean (smells really good too), and the staff are so kind.
