I came to get a Hot Stone Massage today, partially using a gift card from a Family Member. The Deep Tissue Hot Stone Massage was very healing and relaxing. I have never experienced it before. They use coconut oil, water and Lava Basalt Stones which retain heat and minerals naturally. Amazing!! They ask specific questions to fit your own personal massage. Customer Service top notch. Pricing is well worth it!!
I have not been to this spa, however, I have been in contact with them today as someone stole my credit card information and tried to use it at Spavia and Spavia caught it before I did and credited me immediately and has been so nice to work with. Both the receptionist and owner were kind and helpful and patient. If I ever make it up to Sandy, I know where I will be going for a spa day! It’s refreshing to find an honest business with kind staff!
Staff is GREAT, very comfortable. Love the serenity rooms, a place to chill before you get spoiled. You pay for a 60 minute massage and actually get a 60 minute massage.
