I had to cancel my appt due to my toddler being sick , I canceled in the AM , 3 HOURS before my appt , and the woman on the phone was very mean and aggressive , asking me “how is your daughter sick ?” “ is the appointment for her ?” . She was very rude and seemed personally angry that I wanted to reschedule, like VERY mad . RecommendedI have been a member here for a year and if I wasn't moving from Ohio, I'd still be a member. I began getting prenatal massages here around 6 months and it made the last trimester of my pregnancy great! Since then, I have been going to receive monthly massages. Julie & Tom are so welcoming and have become like family. The facility is nice and clean, the employees are calm and that really helps when trying to relax. What an amazing day spa! Was so impressed with their quick, last minute booking and even more impressed with the facial that Lauri gave me! The staff were super friendly and the spa was so peaceful! I was so relaxed from beginning to end. I can’t wait to visit again! Treat yourself to this delightful retreat!

Truly a treat! Spavia felt like an escape, I was able to customize my massage, and I just felt truly pampered. Everyone was so kind and professional, I will absolutely be back!
Tom and Julie greeted us like we had been friends forever. My gift card was 3 years old, I have no idea why I waited so long to enjoy Spavia's services!!. Both the deep tissue massage and premiere facial were done with expertise and professionalism. While I know this is a business, I truly felt that the recommendations for skincare and makeup were done with my best interest in mind. I'll be back VERY SOON!!
I canceled my membership today due to Julie being rude on many occasions when making appointments for different services over the last 4 years. To add insult to injury she wasn't honest with her husband concerning my reason for cancelling. She told him it was because I took offense to who she scheduled my service with.
