My son got me a $116 gift certificate for my birthday. I don't want any of their services and offered to make a purchase of merchandise and have the balance refunded. The owner refused to make any accommodation and was very rude. Their corporate office has no phone number and I have not received a response to my request for help in resolving this issue. Their gift cards are not re-sellable on any website. If anyone is interested in a gift card, please message me.
My last two facials were with Ana and Victoria and they were both excellent! I will definitely be back! My skin feels amazing!
Amazing staff and a perfect way to enjoy time with my fiance before our wedding day! The couples massage was absolutely amazing. Such a clean place & they truly make you feel like they’re there for you. The lotions scents were so tranquil & it truly made us feel like we were on an island. We will be back for sure!!
Spavia Moorestown is so relaxing. Perfect soothing music the whole time, customized services with being able to pick your lotion scent, music and talking preferences, and after service beverages. The retreat room is such a nice treat. Warm lavender neck wraps to help even the most stressed guests unwind. And they treat you just as that, a guest! They have everything figured out. Yesterday I had my eyelashes done and was very happy with Vicktoria's expertise,my lashes are beautiful. Viktoria is very sweet and kind and a true asset to your establishment.
I’ve been a member since last year, and it’s been great. I used to belong to Hand & Stone, but was completely dissatisfied with their services after awhile. Then came Spavia to save the day☺️ The Staff is always extremely personable, the massage therapists are skilled (none of that fresh out of massage school inexperience like the other place), and the atmosphere puts you completely at ease. I love it!
Had spa day with my sister today. Best massage ever by John and facial by Alyssa. Can’t wait to go back!
