I booked a facial for myself and a massage for my sister using my remaining ClassPass credits before canceling my membership. I even called twice to confirm that everything was good to go, and both times was told it was fine. Then, just a couple of days before our appointments, I received a call saying they couldn’t accommodate us and had to cancel. No real apology, and no effort to make it right.
