RecommendedExcellent massages and facials every time at this day spa! Staff is very friendly and attentive. Felt very comfortable with all the COVID safety and cleaning procedures. Miss all their spa amenities though, especially the robe, warm neck wrap and relaxing retreat room. Hopefully the state will lift some of these restrictions soon so we can enjoy the true Spavia again.
As a new customer, I was hassled for a miscommunication which ended up on me paying for it until I said I will take my business some place else and then I wasn't going to be charged for extra fees except the service I was going to receive!! Everyone stood professional but having to fight to not pay extra fees for a miscommunication, was not worth our money!!
Natalie was professional and a great masseuse. The whole experience was excellent!
I had a great experience at Spavia the other day. It was my first time having a facial since Covid. The experience was great and very relaxing. Lily did an amazing job and my skin felt refreshed and clean. I highly recommend it and ask for Lily.

The staff knows everyone and is so welcoming. I've been receiving massages from Natalie for over 2 years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Its like my home away from home and I never want to leave when I'm done.
I love all the folks at Spavia, they really make me feel as though they are there for what ever I need. I always feel relaxed the minute I walk through their doors. I have experienced many of their services and I can not tell you which one is my favorite, they have all been just what I was looking for!
I had a hot stone massage from Natalie. My back felt so much better afterwards. The Spa is beautiful and relaxing. Natalie is outstanding! First class Spa and staff!
Lily is amazing along with the reception staff. The two ladies, Samantha and I don't know the other young woman's name 🙁 are always so pleasant & make me feel welcome!
