Kim Hope is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I have chronic pain from a previous injury and her deep tissue massages are one of the only things that provide relief. Go see her! You won't regret it!
I was visiting my daughter from out of town. The spa had a nice vibe and relaxing flow. I had an appt for a facial and the esthetician was 20 minutes late and the facial was ok. The price is way too high at this spa. I am a massage therapist and this high end spa back home would have rolled out the red carpet and would have never been late and I had to go to the desk and remind the receptionist I was there! Great customer service and equally great massages. I can't say enough about Spavia. I'm a very active individual who is always on the go. I look forward to these massages as a reminder that sometimes we need to stop, relax and reset. Spavia helps me do just that! It's January and I already have my appointments booked for the rest of the year.

Hands down, the best spa I have ever been to. I can't remember ever feeling so relaxed and pampered.
Spa experience at a great price. I loved the setting, getting robes, time in the retreat room with a neck warmer, welcoming staff. All of that was a great bonus to the main event. I had an 80-minute signature massage from Kim H and it was amazing. She did a great job of listening to me about my problem areas and then cared for them with the level of pressure I like while also giving me a relaxing massage. I was drifting in and out of sleep the whole time and I never do that. Ahhhhmazing!
Went there for the first time yesterday! Scheduling was easy, staff rocked, rooms were comfortable- and massage rocked!! I will be back- already recommended to 3 people.
