Amazing and friendly staff. Relaxing and clean. Felt super comfortable
The deep tissue wasn't deep, I paid for an hour massage and it was barely 50 minutes from when I entered the room and when it finished. Meanwhile the appointment slot is for a hour and 10 minutes so they can clean and prep the room afterwards. There was no water to drink or have tea because the filter was broken. For a luxury spa where a massage hour is $116 it didn't feel worth the price. I unfortunately have a massage package but the moment my package is done i'm canceling

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this salon was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They’re not only unhelpful, but also dishonest — nearly every question I asked was met with misinformation or a vague excuse. Went in for an 80 minute massage and then a facial. Staff members were professional, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. Spa was clean, beautifully decorated, and a welcoming environment. Wonderfully rejuvenating experience all around - 10 out of 10 will book again!!!
