Great day spa! Such a beautiful, clean and relaxing facility. The treatment list is fabulous but the staff are what makes Spavia such a special place, everyone knows your name and goes above and beyond to make your experience such an enjoyable one! I have a massage membership so I go monthly for some “me time”! It is also makes such a great gift for Christmas! Also, if you go here ask for John, he works miracles, I can't recommend him enough!
To celebrate hubby’s birthday, I booked a couple’s massage. This was our first time visiting Spavia. We were really impressed with the whole setup. Customer service is exceptional. Upon arrival we filled in the intake form which not only asked about health, but also personal preferences like music and preferred pressure etc so that the masseuse has all the info beforehand. Had a fabulous facial at Spavia Cinco Ranch with Anila. She was gentle and very knowledgeable.
Anila was amazing. She really worked on the fine lines. My face feels so much more useful.
