I had a massage and detox wrap service with Frances. She was AMAZING! She took care of all my problem areas and consistantly ensured that I was comfortable. I very highly recommend Frances for services!
Had a great experience at Spavia Chimney Rock! The front desk staff was friendly at check in. Loved being able to select the style of music and lotion scent. The locker room area was small but was full of amenities. The relaxation room was comfy, especially loved the warm neck wraps! My massage was great. The perfect mix of therapeutic and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
I just went yesterday for the first time. I had a massage with Jeremiah. Everyone was friendly and professional. The massage was one of the best I've gotten. I will definitely be returning.
If anyone is getting ready for an upcoming sporting event, I would highly recommend Spavia Chimney Rock to greatly assist in your training. I just came back from running the Prague Marathon where my time improved from the NYC Marathon (just 6 months ago). I honestly believe that Spavia at Bridgewater, NJ made me a better runner. I know that sounds crazy...but the biweekly sports massages relieved my sore muscles and enabled me to run a much faster time! Update: the owners of Spavia have reached out several times to discuss my experience. I think that speaks highly of their dedication to their business. I very much appreciate that they are invested in a positive customer experience. I would say that the spa itself is very nice. The staff besides Chrystal were very professional and accommodating. I would not recommend Chrystal for a massage however due to my experience of not feeling heard and not having a positive experience. I had to ask her to turn down the pressure 2 time... read more
