She takes a very holistic approach, and I really appreciate how she uses combined stretching and massage techniques for both long-term and short-term relief. After standing there awkwardly, one finally looked me up and down and asked, “What’s your name?”—without so much as a greeting or smile. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.
