Well now ... Ya kno when u r driving in the middle of no where in another country & something goes wrong with yer car ... It happened to me coming back from a vacation in Florida & I was lucky enuff to have car issues just outside Kane Pa in the USA. Why was I lucky u ask ? Lemme tell ya k. If you're looking for somebody that accepts stolen property and somebody that just does slap and sticks here you go! Who the hell puts a inspection sticker on a car that is not safe or reliable when they see a car seat in the back seat!? THE HORN DOESN'T WORK PA STATE LAW REQUIRES THE HORN TO WORK. This guy passed this car when it shouldn't be safe to have one person and it let alone a baby! So how are you going to have an inspection license but not even know the laws of Pennsylvania!?
