Who the hell puts a inspection sticker on a car that is not safe or reliable when they see a car seat in the back seat!? THE HORN DOESN'T WORK PA STATE LAW REQUIRES THE HORN TO WORK. This guy passed this car when it shouldn't be safe to have one person and it let alone a baby! So how are you going to have an inspection license but not even know the laws of Pennsylvania!?
