Working with Spaulding Stone was a fantastic experience. They were incredibly helpful, allowing us to check out a sample in person of our original countertop choice, which had become a special order, versus a very similar in-stock option. We had quartz countertops installed in our new home build and they did an excellent job and the product looks beautiful. They had an unexpected issue that caused the installation of one countertop section to be delayed, but they provided outstanding customer service and were back within 24 hours to resolve the issue and finish the installation. Due to their excellent customer service and great product, I highly recommend them and will use them again.
We have been very impressed with Spaulding Stone. They are timely and efficient. Joe and Ben just came and installed our bathroom counter top and they were very friendly and helpful. We forgot to move an outlet and they very happily offered to take it out for us and even found wire nuts to cover the ends. Overall very happy and impressed! Would highly recommend!
The people who own Spaulding are con artists and scammers! They sell fake stone that's in horrible condition. Then they say too bad no warranty! Steer clear of this place or you will get scammed!!
Fantastic ppl who work there. The accountant was super sweet and has a sense of humor like no one else.
