As an investor in one of their partnerships in an office building, I can honestly say I’m disappointed in the returns and overall experience with this firm. I honestly question the integrity and honesty of this firm as I do not feel they are 100% transparent with investors. I will NEVER invest with them again and hope to get out of this investment without losing money, but I am honest with myself and fully-expect a loss. I would recommend that you do a significant review of any information before investing with this firm.
