I spent about seven days at Spaulding, Cape Cod in East Sandwich Massachusetts following a craniotomy. After such a procedure one is at one’s worst, but it is reassuring that Spaulding is always at its best. The level of care is truly phenomenal. Always overbooked. Need 2 days of the week for Therapy after surgery and can only get one and then nothing available the following week. The receptionist very rude and not willing to work with the client. Can not schedule more than 3 weeks out. So every time I try to schedule nothing is available. The receptionist gave me 4 dates and printed it out and told me to call tomorrow if I needed to change anything? However the next person behind me was able to make changes.
