I had the greatest experience with Spaulding thank you all for making me hole again
The care my father has received at Spaulding has been top notch! We are a little sad that we need to find another spot for him with all the progress he has made.Everyone from the OT (shout out to Nicole 🩷) to the receptionist to the parking guy have been lovely! Highly recommend!
Their PT staff is amazing. However, getting an appointment with them is a nightmare. They don’t answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. They are still faxing referrals and never seem to receive their faxes. Terrible customer service.
Spaulding has the worst management team in the earth. They don't care for human life. They only care how to make more money for the hospital. Bad place to bring your love one
