Very professional and on time. They did a great job! Unfortunately it was Easter Sunday. I called 3 different companies, Spaulding was the only one that returned my call. Great communication.
I recently had a loved one need to go into long term care leaving us to take care of his apartment. The situation was very bad - apartment was full of items and extremely filthy. We just couldn't take the time to go through things and clean it up. Plus the filth was so bad that you needed a mask just to enter. Bill and his team including Josie were amazing. They helped prioritize us given our situation and did an excellent job cleaning up the apartment. I cannot recommend them enough.

We hired Spaulding Decon to clean up after a rat infestation and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They were very good at communicating, everyone I interacted with was super nice, and the guys who did the job did an amazing job cleaning and working together to complete in a timely manner. I just had Spaulding Decon Austin team come and clean my rent house and David and his crew did an amazing job! My previous tenant had almost destroyed the interior of my home and David and his team with Spaulding Decon did an absolutely amazing cleaning and sanitation job. They had the best estimate out of any others, they gave a free on-site estimate and then followed up with me the next day with even better news!
