I was out of town for awhile and when I returned I noticed my floor was soft and the house smell so bad I couldn't stand it. I looked online and found SPAULDING DECON OF DALTON they had 5 solid stars and every review was great. I called them and Ken said he would be here the next day. He even talked to my ins. company. His team showed up Monday and started work, got all the mold out dried everything painted sprayed did everything they had to do. Highest praise for Ken and his team who handled the difficult job of cleaning out a family member's apartment in Decatur, GA. His team and services were professional, discreet and delivered in the timelines the contract promised. As well, his understanding of our special requests during the project and his follow up after the project was sincerely appreciated by my whole family.

Ken helped me diagnose a leak and several other water related issues in my home and did an excellent job! He is one of the most reliable, honest, thorough and professional people I have worked with. He truly went above and beyond to help me diagnose and fix my problems and it’s very obvious that he honestly wants to help you solve the problems you’re facing. I have worked with Ken with Spaulding Decon for many years and he is the only one I trust for mold remediation in my rental properties. He is fair, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and most of all, responsive when I need it most. As a property manager, Ken has come through with an especially troublesome mold cleanup that I was involved with. His immaculate cleanup has helped me stay in good favor with the Georgia Landlord Tenant Law.
