Absolutely unethical and terrible attorney to use. Goes into a health care facility and coerces a person, deemed incompetent with dementia, and has her sign new directives. Terrible attorney, DO NOT Recommend. Highly Unethical and has no integrity as an attorney. Utilizing an actual family member that has no involvement whatsoever in any previous documents signed and having that family member drive this process into legal matters that was handled in the courtroom. This was elder abuse and coercion at the highest level.
