Had a wonderful and much needed massage with Melanie yesterday. She is a highly skilled masseuse!
It was my first time using the spa but I have been to the hotel many times. My friend and I had a great spa afternoon and we loved almost everything. The girl who did my massage was really really good! However the one that did my friends wasn’t as experienced and had very pointy elbows which wasn’t what she needed. I have been to many spas have several suggestions to make this experience one of the best (as it really should be the best for the area and the prices). Not the experience I hoped for or as advertised. Beyond disappointing.
Had a great 60 minute massage. The facilities are bright and clean. I have sensitivities to artificial fragrances and usually can't frequent spas, but this one had a light, pleasant smell that must have been a blend of essential oils because I didn't have any reactions. The massage oil was fragrance free, which is a must for me. Highly recommend!
The spa was another highlight—relaxing and luxurious. I had one of the best facials I've had in years. I would highly recommend
