Joe came to fix a leak, had me refill tub, took apart my cabinet and never came back to finish the job. Now claims he never took the cabinet apart??? Left me a mess to cleanup, tells me to find someone else and hangs up on me. So much for trusting a local business, do not use. Joe thanks for your response, I told you in person I would have someone take care of the cabinet. Sorry you feel you need to continue your line of untruths. Joe Groff was diligent, punctual, and professional. We discovered our hot tub is over 15 years old - previous owner didn't provide any information. Joe was able to procure the pump that needed replacing and fix a small leak he discovered. He is a kind professional. I definitely recommend him.

Don't hire him has no idea how to fix any problems he worked on mine 6 month putting in bath tub motor broke part made me buy new put in wrong controls that work with my tub every time he ordered parts took over a month to get parts tried over and over to get refund for wrong parts always wanted to try something else don't think he's been doing this 28 years and can't write checks for his company has to be in his name that should of been a red light DONT hire him big mistake
