Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. I came in for a mani and pedi, and for some reason one person did my nails while a completely different person was supposed to do my feet. I've already been here for an hour and a half, and now they expect me to sit here for another 30 minutes because the person assigned to my pedicure is still working on someone else. I have been coming to this nail salon for years and have always enjoyed my experiences. Most of the technicians are wonderful, which is why it is disappointing to have to write this review. Over my last few visits, I’ve noticed a decline in the level of service, but today’s experience was unacceptable. Within the first 10 minutes of my pedicure, my technician was constantly distracted by her phone.
