Great Customer Service! Bought a refurbished spa from Lee 2 years ago and it has worked great. Recently noticed it was losing water. Called and Charlie set up an appointment within 2 days. Marcus came over, found some small leaks, replaced the O ring and sealed a small crack. He also fixed the control panel I knocked loose! Great experience all around. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully won’t need to! Can’t wait to get back into my hot tub ??
Bought a used Hot Tub from Lee, that was restored to full function. A few days after install, I noticed a leak and he told me it was probably "still settling." The initial paperwork we received from him even listed a leak as one of the things he had worked on and repaired. As I recall, the delivery was delayed even, because of a leak he had been having a hard time repairing. This was in late summer of 2015.
