We had to purchase a new hot tub because our old one finally died after 23 years. Customer service in the store was great the salesperson was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They installed the new tub a week later. The installers showed up on time they were very friendly and professional. Couldn’t be happier!
Excellent! Different from the other businesses. Jacuzzi had the best rating, so that's what we wanted. Breezy was helpful and efficient. She explained everything and we got it delivered the next day! Pricing was very fair, no games. They carry all the levels of jacuzzi and another brand. The showroom is big, don't judge by the outside. We have also had great service since delivery! I'd buy anything from then, they run a great business!
