Bought Genesis G18L from Gilbert store 2yrs. Ago. Sales person great at time of sale. Now denies store warranty they said, and wrote down, at time of sale. This company does not stand behind their products. So much for their Better Business Bureau rating!,Potential customers Beware. So much for supporting a local business . Since then have also found out that Cal Spas (manufacturer ). Has a poor customer rating .
I would never buy another Spa from them after the run around I got. I bought a brand new spa that leaked and needed 2 diverter valves plus 2 jets. it's taken over 2 1/2 months for the work to get done.They said they would replace the tub but back out of that deal. very untrustworthy.NEVER AGAIN
