I reached out to John concerning a problem I was having with the flow indicator light coming on and not allowing the heater to activate on the spa. John is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in describing what needed to be done. Even though I’m up in Suburban Chicago, John was able to help me simply by exchanging text messages and photographs of my unit.

John was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. He repaired our hot tub quickly and for a fair price. I definitely recommend him, and will use him again if my tub has further issues.
