RecommendedAt first wasn’t sure where or what kind of hot tub to buy but family referred me to stop into Spas Factory Direct. Multiple family members have been return customers for years and from my experience I can see why. From the moment of shopping/buying and set up, Crystal, Bob, Billy, and the whole staff were great! We purchased our hot tub last year. We finally got it installed in August. We were waiting for the cement slab to be poured. We love it! A couple weeks ago it started losing water. Billy came out to service it. He was awesome! There was nothing wrong with it, I thought it was losing water so I kept putting water in it. Too much! I got an education from Billy. thank you Billy!
