By far the worst experience that I have ever had shopping for anything. We have been in the market for awhile for a hot tub and this one of the first places we looked....They were rude, over priced and completely unprofessional. No one greets you at all? There are too many good other competitors with better customer service that will actually appreciate your business and will give you the time of day.
