RecommendedKnowledgeable, friendly, courteous. I know it’s been hard getting a hot tub during this pandemic, but Joe and Bill were great communicating the challenges and keeping me updated on the status. I don’t expect anything to change now that I’ve taken delivery and transitioned to owner, with their service.
