I am so happy that I decided with the Master Spas series on my hot tub and swim spa. We would recommend Spas and more. We encountered a problem with our spa and the technicians did a phenomenal job diagnosing and resolving the issue. The sales staff and customer service is top notch as well as knowledge of their products. If you need a spa, this is the place to go.
I have had my swim spa for 5 years now. It is truly the best purchase I have done for myself ever. Spas and More has been there to help me care for my spa every way they can. Angie is great. She is knowledgeable & offers suggestions to better care for the spa. I get all my chemicals & filters from them. She is never pushy to buy more then I need. Had a great experience. The sales staff was very educated on their product. We have had spa for a week now and enjoy it.
This is my second hot tub from them and I am once again satisfied. The company has great products, so I was happy to do business with them again. I had very few troubles with the old tub, which they took care of under warranty. I’d still have the old tub, but the buyers of the house wanted it.
I live 120 mi away called to get a price on a hot tub mind you I've got cash on hand told the sales man which one I was interested in and then the sales pitch started do I have a budget in mind well yes are you price shopping of coarse well we don't give prices over phone I told him we are done talking I'm not driving 120 mi without knowing a price
The spas that are sold here are the best in the world. Service is always important when a consumer buys and the service here is excellent.
