Gotta great deal and great staff. The delivery drivers were incredible and their walkthrough of everything was super easy to understand. Highly recommend!
Spa delivered Friday and the guys were awesome! Got in Saturday after following directions and it is amazing! Clarity 8 skin is soft when u get out too! Need to make sure mice don't get in the bottom..other than that it's perfect. We looked at other spas and the bottoms would bounce or move when standing in them..this is solid! Feel we made an overall great choice!
We recently purchased a spa from Spas&More. The sales process was very good and the sales person nicknamed five o very informative and knowledgeable. We were very pleased & happy with him. The spa was delivered we asked it to be and the delivery crew wa very professional and knowledgeable we would recommend Spas&More
Hot tub is perfect. The delivery crew, Vince and Ronnie, were very helpful and professional.
Purchased a Twilight series 8.25 and had it about 6 months and the touch screen went out and I still have to pay a tech even though it's under warranty. I was told a tech would call, never has after almost two weeks. I called for the fifth time and they said a part was ordered and in and a tech would call. Still haven't heard from them. Called today and they said they will check with the tech on Monday to see if all the parts came in and will call me. Poor communication and customer service.
