Ethan was awesome. Showed us things we didn’t know. Did a thorough job and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.
Got our new swim spa yesterday!! Great service by Samantha and her team. Chris was great at explaining the start up details and I appreciated the quick return today to get the cover poles installed. And special shout out to Ethan who worked with me on chemicals. He was very patient with me and gave me a path forward. Fingers crossed I can get the chemical thing down!!! 28 more degrees to 99!!! Patiently waiting!!
We bought our hot tube through a weekend expo and the deliveries it that following Monday and got us all set up and we have been very happy with it ever since
Ethan came out on a Sunday!! Yes on a Sunday to fix our tub. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and had us back up and running in no time!!
