This is the worst company ever. We placed our order on Nov 9th and sent an email to cancel our order within 2 hours. We never received a response so I sent another email on the 12th. No response. Today I called and spent 25 minutes on hold. I informed the customer service rep that the item shouldn't have been sent to me. She informed me that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee as well as pay for shipping. I don't understand how a company like this could exist in todays world.
