I have going to Spartys over a decade, to be honest I am so disappointed for the first time. These ballons were pre ordered for air pump 3 days ahead in there on time but the girls was rushing us like a mad house saying they didn't get help from the other shop when they call them. The ballons were pumped at 5.20pm, the very next day morning the ballons were out of air and we had the party with baloons hanging on the floor. Cheapest place for party supplies besides the internet. Friendly staff, well stocked and ample parking.
If the staff selection criteria is look like you have been sucking on lemons, be as unhelpful as you can and be rude to customers then you have met your objective Spartys!

Absolutely horrendous service. Bunch of children working there who are so rude and provide zero customer service.
