Melissa’s shop is a wonderful and relaxing experience. She offers amazing treatments, breath work classes and so much more. I did my first breathe work class with Melissa and the experience is definitely something I can’t wait to come back for. Melissa is warm and a pro at making you feel immediately welcomed and safe. The Body Based Breathwork session with Melissa was an incredibly cathartic and rewarding experience. I had a wonderful experience with Melissa at Spartaworks. I personally used the BEMER therapy and had it for 2 weeks at my own home and it has helped me relieve inflammation and joint pain. The owner, Melissa, is extremely knowledgeable—not only about the BEMER technology itself, but also in how to apply it specifically to individual needs.
