All Balmer has ever done is refer me to other places, now I'm trying to get a new pcp bc they don't accept my new insurance (I believe I just don't visit enough like his pain management patients) and it took them 5 days to release my medical records, on top of that there was an issue somewhere bc the new doc still hasn't received it 8 days later and when I call to try and figure it out the receptionist is rude as ever.
