I was a bit hesitant going to a bootcamp style gym because I didn’t really enjoy f45, but it’s completely different and I’m now obsessed! It’s very intimate and the coaches all really genuinely care about you. You easily create friends here that keep you accountable and it’s such a positive environment. Best bootcamps! Such a great community vibe. Absolutely love shazzy the manager, she’s the best trainer and so down to earth. we have the nicest members who are all ages and sizes and I love going. It has childminding aswell which is great for my little ones
SWZ is great place for all fitness levels, good friendly atmosphere and great coaches
I've tried a few different types gym/ bootcamps but after 3 months of putting in some hard work at SWZ, I couldn't be happier with the results. The SWZ team helped bring out my best, motivate and keep me on track to reach my goal.
