Not only did they address our concern, they made us feel confident that our vehicle was operating properly and safely so that we could continue on our trip to Oregon, (which we did and back without a glitch!), but they also made us feel comfortable while we waited. I own a higher mileage Jaguar and it is difficult to find anywhere in Missoula who will work on it. I had a severe coolant leak and they were happy to work on my car. They repaired it quickly and I was extremely satisfied. The staff brought up future maintenance issues that I will have to attend to soon and this leads me to believe it is a very competent and detail oriented shop aimed at extending the life of my vehicle rather than just doing the bare minimum to keep it running.
