Total scam!!!!. Exited property, sent pics, 5 months later no check and phone numbers disconnected. Even the cell I had for the guy that came to my house. Out money that my mom needed since she became ill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Avoid them at all costs!! My incident happened back a few years ago. A guy came to the house and offered money to buy the mobile home. Contract was clear: Be out by date, they'd pull it, make sure to keep utilities on, etc. We did. FOUR MONTHS LATER: Trailer is finally pulled. They damaged the water line when pulling it. I helped my mom sell her trailer. My husband and I hired a crew and rented a dumpster to male sure we followed the requirements of the contract. My mom has called for several weeks and still no check. The mobile home is now relisted by the original park so they sold it back to them.... but still NO CHECK!
I sold my mobile home 11.6.2025 vacated and verified via photographs as I was instructed to do. I left both gas and electric on until 12.7.2025 as was required in the contract 10 days. As of today, I have not received the "hold back money that was supposed to be released/sent to me 21 days after proof of the trailer being completely vacated. I vacated my home on November 15th and did everything I was supposed to per our contract. It has now been almost 2 months and I still have not received my final check or any contact back. I have called, emailed and texted to no avail. At this point it looks like I will need to reach out to the various news stations as I believe this company is a scam.
