Came in at 19:30 Saturday night. Finished unloading at 05:00 Sunday morning. Paid my lumper at 05:05. It is now 06:10. Still waiting for my signed BOL. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

This is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever been to . I was literally the very first truck through the gate at 7:30 p.m. and when I checked in I was told that I would have to wait for a door to be available. I finally got a door at 3:30 the next morning, and to top it all off there was a $250 lumper fee for three pallets . Also EVERYONE that works here has an attitude like the world owes them something.

One of the most efficient places—8 hours to unload 6 pallets—and the staff are absolutely awful.

Extremely disappointing experience at this check-in point. The driver app specifically instructed me to proceed inside the yard. When I followed these instructions and politely asked the person working here for clarification, I was met with complete disrespect. The employee was dismissive, condescending, and spoke to me like I wasn't even human. As a professional driver just trying to coordinate a load, I expect basic courtesy.
