2 pallets takes up to 5 hours to unload still waiting for paperwork
Wish I hadn't ever heard of this place or the load I booked. They receive from 20:00 till 04:00 all I care to say is the trucking industry could do without places like this. Really bad experience here and costly not due to anything I did wrong except booked this POS LOAD!!
Disrespectfully slow
This place lacks some customer service. The are rude, and have no empathy for us drivers. Why does it take 5 hours to unload 2 pallets?!? Trucks came after me and left before. That’s the frustrating part. 2 pallets!!! I been to places that unload a fully loaded trailer in 20 minutes!
