Horrible and overpriced. I won’t go back.
They don't care about employee health. Charge them 3 times more than folks who don't work there and have insurance.
I have officially told my loved ones to take me somewhere else if anything were to happen to me. My experience is not for myself but rather a family member who, after a week's stay decided to ask what the game plan was for treatment. Eventually asking to be discharged (because they had no action plan) so they could go to another healthcare facility to get treatment. The nurses were very nice and professional and so were the doctors, but they just seemed very uninterested or did not know how to find out what was going on. My ... read more
In the 4 hours of sitting waiting after supposed Triage, we complained about not yet being checked in. We watched that entire ER waiting area fill and empty, 4 times. Finally, after complaints, girl that passed us 50 times with her rolling check-in machine to register patients, shows up and admits that she went to lunch and forgot about me. Must've been a really long lunch. After getting registered, we wait another hour before going back, where we are put in a tiny chair room with curtains to divide 10 patients in chairs.
