This will be a lengthy review, but I’ll try to keep it constructive and helpful. My 11-year-old son had cauterization for chronic nosebleeds by Dr. Butehorn, and it was unfortunately a very difficult experience. The numbing medication didn’t seem effective, and he was in significant pain — crying and panicking, which is extremely unlike him. They are caring and make you feel comfortable
I'm only giving 1 star because the Nurse practitioner helped more than Dr. Butehorn did. I went here with really bad sinus and ear pressure problems and had been sick for MONTHS. Dr Butehorn looked in my ears and asked "have you been putting candle wax in your ears?". No, I'm not joking. Turns out I have eczema, which a DIFFERENT dr recently diagnosed me with. Butehorn looked at my CT scan of my sinuses, and he told me he can't see anything that's causing my illness. Asked if he'd send me to an infectious disease dr, but he ... read more
