I am very pleased about my whole experience with EVERYONE at Dr. Katz office. 1st scheduler (very polite)made a appointment that worked with my schedule. A week later I had to cancel and the scheduler made me another appointment that worked really, easy to talk to. I had some insurance issues so I called back and spoke with Leslie(?) Soooo helpful EVERY Doctors office NEEDS Her!!!! She knew how to navigate and 13 seconds later she figured it out and said my insurance issues are not issues anymore it's all set. Ok!... What an amazing staff from front desk to back the Drs and nurses are both delightful and caring this was my second visit and while who likes to go get cut and scraped this team is flat out amazing
Called them 8 times and they never pick up the phone.
I had an appointment today, first time, it was probably the fastest most efficient medical practice I have ever been in. I spent less than 15 minutes there, was examined, treated and out the door. Reception was polite and professional, the nurse who summoned me was very courteous, got me situated, the Doctor (Leonora) was in the treatment room in a minute, examined me and treated my skin complaint, great bedside manner, gave me great advice and I was on the way home before my actual appointment time. Thank you all very much.
