There's a reason this company gets so many five-star reviews. My wife and I bought an old house that needs some TLC. There were two things we really needed to have done structurally: Interior drainage to keep water out of the basement/pressure off the walls and supporting the floor joist system in the crawl space. Had a wonderful experience with Spartan. We did not feel pressured at all when John originally met with my wife and I to look at our basement and exterior structural issues. Once we agreed to the work, the crews showed up on the exact date and at the time they said they would be there and then Dave and his crew completed all the work on time and in a very professional manner. Would give them 10 stars if I could. We were very impressed and would highly recommend them.
Dave and his guys came out quickly while we were in the process of wrapping up a closing on our house and needed a pretty costly repair done to satisfy the appraisal process. They were fast, friendly, and we feel the cost of the work was fair compared to another local company that came in higher in their quote. Highly recommend Spartan for any work you need done.
Spartan was great to work with! John came out and took a look at a crawl space vent that was letting in water. He thoroughly explained what was causing the issue and how they could fix it. We ended up having 3 crawl space vents blocked in, as well as a French drain and a buried downspout drain installed to draw water away from the side of the house where water was collecting. Dave and his crew did the install and they did a great job! I highly recommend Spartan!
