The retaining wall between myself and neighbor was leaning really bad. I could not walk between my AC unit and the wall. Spartan Wall Repair was able to “push” the existing wall back into place and installed a French drain to help it stay in place. They scheduled work on one of the hottest days but still got it done. The crew was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommended Spartan for wall and drainage issues.
I recently found few cracks in my basement wall and floor, and Spartan did an outstanding job repairing it. A special thank you to Dave for his excellent service! He was punctual, friendly, professional, and took the time to ensure the work was completed properly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. John and his crew did an awesome job in our crawlspace. We did not have enough support and we were starting to see cracks between the ceiling and the walls in our house. We were way over priced by another company and we wanted another estimate. Spartan is way cheaper in price so of course we went with them. This company was recommended to me, and I have to say this was the most professional, and thorough company with the entire project that I have ever worked with. I had crawlspace drainage issues, as well as a sinking wall issue. They triple checked what needed to be done, and completed the work efficiently and correctly.
